Below are two 8″ x 8″ Acrylic on Panel paintings I finished this earlier month.

Contemporary Geometric Abstract Artist
Working away in my studio and getting closer to finishing “Grateful for the Rain”, 48″x48″, oil paint on canvas. The title as well as the piece started to develop after listening to a NPR pod cast over the challenges the state of California has with water. After listening to that talk, I was in my studio and the story slipped into my subconscious and this painting started to unfold into a piece about having gratitude for the rain. The three feathers represent gratitude for the past, present and future.
Another amazing year has come and gone and another amazing year has begun. I have been bringing in the New Year like I always do with a zest for organizing the production space in my studio. It’s inevitable that I will get side tracked with the series I’m working on so I’m setting an intention this year to be finished with updating my website and organizing my studio by May.
