Last week was the opening of the CAFA exhibition at the Mystic Museum of Art. My painting “Mindfulness of Tea” was awarded second place. It’s flattering and an honor to have my work chosen for this exhibition as well as given an award.

Wow, the last two months have been really full and productive. I am finally sketching out one of the 5′ (152.4 cm) canvas. I plan on painting that piece with acrylic. Next week is the opening reception for the exhibition at the Mystic Museum of Fine Art. That should be a fun time.
The following image is just one of the oil paintings I am working on right now.
