Chasing Daylight is a one-of-one original — this exact composition won't be repeated. It came from that feeling of trying to hold onto the last moments of light before the day slips away.

One-Of-A-Kind Original Geometric Landscape Paintings: The rhythm of shorelines, water, and shifting light.
I've always been drawn to the quiet order of the natural world, the way mountains meet the sky, the rhythm of the coastline, the changing light at the end of the day. My paintings begin there, translating those moments into color and geometric form. My hope is that they bring the same sense of grounded clarity, and connection into your home.

Meet Shilo Ratner
Contemporary Abstract Artist
Working from my studio, I've built a practice around one idea, that geometric form and natural rhythm can coexist in a single mark. My geometric abstract paintings and works on paper are defined by clean lines, rhythm, and a connection to the natural world, created to bring structure, intention, and presence to modern interiors and private collections.
Each piece begins as a form of visual meditation. From large-scale paintings to intimate works on paper, my work invites a slower, more intentional way of seeing and a deeper awareness of form and space.
